What I love about the home

Excellent location for schools and commerce. Only 15 minutes from I-5 and 20 minutes to downtown Tacoma if you go the back way on highway 509. Interior has been painted beautifully and updated throughout the years. Roof is new (4 years old). Solarium/breakfast nook adds natural lighting on the north side and a beautiful view of the backyard. Many shade trees on adjacent properties provide habitat for many birds and squirrels.
