This home is a great place to live. It is well-kept, with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The dining room and family room areas are a good size, and the kitchen is adequate for cooking. Kitchen has stainless steel range/stove and dishwasher. New carpeting installed in family room, master bedroom and hallway in 2012. New laminate flooring installed in kitchen and dining room in 2012. New paint in the master bathroom, guest bathroom, dining room, and living room was added in 2012. Great landscaping project completed in 2011 and 2012 in the backyard: A child playset and terracing along with a DG pathway for little ones to run and bike around. New walls were added over the past three years along with a new roof in 2011. 4 energy efficient windows have been added along with an energy efficient new sliding glass door. A brand new garage door was also just added in 2013.
Neighborhood Description
This neigborhood is very nice. The homes are well-kept and constantly being fixed and made attractive. The street has a wrap-around road that makes it almost a cul-de-sac. Very little traffic goes by in front of our home. There is an active neigborhood committee that meets regularly to discuss issues pertaining to the area. The house is within 5 minutes of Golden Valley Middle School, the local dog park, and two grocery stores (Albertson's and Stater Brothers).
