Near Green Valley Road and Sophia Parkway in Villa Lago, The Promontory, El Dorado Hills, with views of Folsom Lake, this huge and modern executive two-story single family home offers four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The living room has a gas fireplace. The eat-in kitchen has knotty pine cabinets, granite counters and backsplash, counter lighting, huge center island, pot shelves and a pantry, and is equipped with stainless steel appliances including five-burner gas range with self-cleaning double oven, range hood with heat lamp and halogen lighting, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, stainless steel double sink with convertible faucet and garbage disposal. The large separate family room has a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, overhead lighting, huge closet, media niche, built-in granite desk with lighting, granite wet bar and built-in CD player and radio. There is also a formal dining room and a den with double-door entry. The giant master suite has double-door entry, three-sided fireplace with wrap around hearth seat, ceiling fan, mirrored walk-in closet, and a retreat area. The master bathroom has double-door entry, three separate tile vanities, Roman Jacuzzi and tile tub with tile seat, and a huge glass block and tile shower with large tile seat and dual showerheads.
