This 3 bedroom home features the latest in energy efficiency. Beautiful bamboo floors in the living ares, vaulted ceilings and attention to details. The kitchen has solid surface counters, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, pendant lighting, tiled back splash and a large center island plus a workstation. Living room is nice and bright with cornice molding. There is a sprinkler system which operates on a irrigation meter, a one car garage with auto opener. The master bed is 13x15 and has walk in closets. The other 2 bedrooms share a guest bath.?Pet policy: Pets are considered not guaranteed. All pets must be approved. Each home may have different criteria. If pet is approved there may be an additional pet rent charged. The amount will be determined by breed, size and number of animals. Application processing: We try to process all applications within 24 hours. Unfortunately we often have to wait on rental verifications from previous landlords. Therefore this is not a guarantee, it may take 48-72 hours to complete. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. Multiple applications received on the same day will be processed and submitted together for approval. All application fees are non- refundable. Approval: Once an application is approved, tenant will have 24 hours to sign lease and pay security deposit.
