Santa Ynez Valley is a bucolic, rural upscale community a short drive from Santa Barbara, California. The valley is a composite of world class vineyards, horse farms, cattle ranches and ranchettes. It is the second largest wine growing region in California. Local residents include many entertainment notables and senior executive members of all types of industry and commerce. The area abounds with fabulous cycling roads, hiking trails, restaurants and a quality lifestyle rarely found today.The Property:A 5 +/- acre horse ranch in the enclave environment of Meadowlark Ranches with a post and beam home, a horse barn, an arena and several pastures. The land is flat and totally usable. Meadowlark has their own private and very reasonable water sources and offers riding trails throughout.
