The ideal location for nature lovers and urban enthusiasts. 1 mile to Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Indiana Dunes State Park and Porter Beach; 45 miles of beach, sand dunes, bike trails, hiking and bird watching. 1 mile to South Shore Dune Park train station, easy commute to Chicago for work; late night trains for dining, concerts and sporting events.
Short drive to Lighthouse Place Premium Outlet Mall and Blue Chip Casino.
2 miles to 80/94 and the Indiana Toll Road/Chicago Skyway; 45 minutes to Chicago. Two-story brick and cedar. Large eat in kitchen with custom cabinets is perfect for entertaining. The center island has a cooktop that easily converts to an indoor grill. Two built-in ovens and microwave ensure your meal will be complete all at the same time. The kitchen has access to the covered back porch, deck and private, wooded backyard so bring the party outside! There is a powder room adjacent to the kitchen.
