This prow home built in 1978 was totally remodeled in the summer of 2010. Kitchen has granite counters gourmet kitchen with Jenn-Air appliances. Tile floors. All bathrooms have been upgraded with tile floors and granite counters and all kohler sinks, faucets, and toilets.
This home boasts two master suits one on the third level of the home and the other on the lower level. each room has a view out over grass valley lake and Lake Arrowhead country club golf course. The home has both unobstructed mountain views and views out to Hesperia and Victorville.
The main level has a new deck that wraps around the main level of the house. It is over sized which allows for panoramic views and over 600 square feet of entertaining area.
The lower level master suite has a deck with all of the same views. The master is 1000 sqft with walk in cedar closet. large master bath with separate shower and over sized Jacuzzi tub. The master bath also has a full sauna and exercise room the sauna will comfortably fit four people.
The electric for the home has been completely upgraded and a 20 watt whole house stand by generator installed. The generator operates on natural gas and can run the whole house with full electric capability indefinitely. The home had a new Carrier forced air furnace and four ton central air conditioner installed in 2014 as well as all new duct work.
 

What I love about the home

This home has incredible views and easy access off of main road with 2 car garage and level entry. It is a once in a lifetime home.
