This ranch style home comes with a comfortable floor plan allowing plenty of room for a small family and guests. The oversized bedrooms are also a nice feature, especially when compared to other neighborhood homes currently on the market. The owner recently installed a new, outdoor deck, and fencing has been updated as well on the right side of the home.

What I love about the home

Conveniently located to Highway 50, small retail shops and eateries are within easy walking distance as well as access to outside transportation. The front of the property has a nice, wooded yard and a large oversized shed is also included to keep large personal items from the weather. The current inventory of homes is low in the neighborhood, and this is one of the better buys in my opinion at under $250,000.
