Upgraded features solid hardwood floors in LR, BRs, Kit, DR. Tile baths. Garden tub in master bath. wood-burning or gas fireplace. Upgraded lighting. Premium larger corner lot. Some trees in back yard, no trees in front yard. Dog door and fenced back yard.
Neighborhood Description
This is a new Adams Homes neighborhood, still under construction. The neighborhood is hidden behind Woodham school and backs to I-10. The neighborhood is laid out around a conservation easement designed to protect wetlands and headwaters of Carpenter's Creek. Creek flows through neighborhood. Lots of wildlife and nature in and around the creeks.

What I love about the home

Central living room is the focus on the house with fireplace (burns wood or gas). All rooms / halls access from central living room. Builder designed house as "Craftsman." While not a classic 1920s craftsman of years past, it does have some craftsman-like features for those who want some of that look, but modern construction. All rooms have ceiling fans, upgraded. Upgraded and expensive lighting in entry foyer, kitchen, and dining room (think Pottery Barn - Dining room, Restoration Hardware - Kitchen). Large lot - lots of room front and back whether you want a pool, or garden to grow your own food. Blueberry bushes, peach tree, lemon, kumquat, pomegranate trees planted in back. Several hundred dollars worth of bamboo planted in back along fence. Quite neighborhood = great for walking the dogs in the evening.
