Supper clean upper unit. 2 bedroom + loft (spiral stair case), 1007 sq ft. This unit shows the care and thought taken by its owners to make it a lovely home. Wood-like tile floors. Wood-like shutters throughout. Beautiful fireplace. Kitchen appliances staying ... appliances are new (except fridge) Washer and dryer will stay. The loft is a good size and can make an ideal storage area, a third bedroom, an office, a computer or entertainment area. There is a 2 car tandem parking garage under the unit (no direct access). The complex has a number of pools and good looking, mature landscaping. There is a very nice view off the patio of the green belt and trees around the area. Check out the location. It is at the top of Claudette (south end) and very near one of the pools. Access to the nearest freeway is Via Princessa to the 14 FW and access to the cross town connector (Newhall Ranch/Golden Valley) is west on Soledad. Over all a great location.
