For the current status on this REMARKABLE HOME please contact Steve at 440-666-9893. What a convenient location plus your choice of a Master Bedroom upstairs or down! The spacious Living Room with Fireplace opens to the Formal Dining Room with a French door to the rear patio and yard. A half bath is conveniently located in the hall off the garage entry with a separate door to the rear patio. Hardwood Floors are found throughout the 1st and 2nd floor (except Kitchen) plus there is a Cedar Closet on the 2nd floor. There is full bath on the 1st and 2nd floors and the 2nd floor shower features wall body sprays. A 14' x 10' Stone covered patio at rear is accessed thru the French Doors in the Formal Dining Room There is also an adjacent 15' x 10' patio. My newer roof and windows avoid some large expenditures so you can concentrate on updating my Kitchen and baths. I may be a little tired but I have Great Bones! Looking for an affordable 4 bedroom Beachwood home with a great lot....DON'T MISS ME!!  More Less
