My Notes

Edit
NOTE: Photos were reduced by the site where it looks like dirt/stains it is not! It's just a function of the converting program. I can send you the originals to show exactly how it looks (or schedule a visit!)2 Story House in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Fantastic neighbors. Around the corner from elementary and middle schools, walking distance to high school. Walking distance to food, grocery shopping, etc., just off the El Camino in Santa Clara.Includes refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, stove top, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Garage has cabinets 3yrs old. Master Bath redone 1 year ago. Front was maintained by a gardener the last year with the current tenants. If you like to garden you'll love this - but due to the drought this last year we didn't do much in the back yard, but you are welcome to! Sprinklers in the front and back. My wife & I converted the entire backyard to a garden, no grass. Cable/Dish/DSL ready of course (we are in Silicon Valley, duh!). Santa Clara is THE place to live, lots of benefits, from a yearly Clean Green week, to a NON-PGE power system (managed by Santa Clara). This is THE best city to live in! We are open to multiple tenants (shared housing) and single families. If you have small children the elementary school is literally around the corner as is the middle school. For families with teenagers there are two high schools within walking distance. The only reason we don't live here anymore is due to other family issues, we needed to move back to my parent's house to take care of them, otherwise we would have lived here for the rest of our lives. We absolutely love Santa Clara and cannot express how much you will as well. We are non-intrusive landlords and only ask that we can inspect the property every 6 months. We are responsive to issues and are flexible if you have to pay for something in an emergency (as in, take it off the rent if that occurs). Our neighbors are very friendly and respective of your space, most of them have been there since the housing development was built in the 50's! There is LOTS of parking due to the house's location, and it is a very quiet and private area. You'll love living here, and we look forward to meeting you!Move-In is First, Last, Deposit - we'll pro-rate the first if necessary.1 Year. $4000 also due for last month's rent. Total Move-in is $12000 (First, Last & Deposit)  More Less
