Are you looking for a vacation rental or a lifestyle that feels like a permanent vacation? Then this one bedroom, two bath, 818 square foot unit could be for you. Built in 1983, this fully furnished condominium is ready to move-in, or to rent for long term, or short term as a vacation rental. NEW TILE flooring in Bedroom and Living Room Area installed JUNE 2013 for a fully tiled unit. Home was partially updated in 2010: the kitchen and baths with tile, shiny laminate counter tops, new cabinets, fixtures, lighting, appliances and a wall mounted air conditioner in the living room.
