My Notes

Lovely 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom 1998 Fleetwood manufactured double-wide home located in a Cul-de-sac for sale from a family that has just out grown it! With newly re-modeled bathrooms. The master bathroom has a newly installed bathtub and stand-up shower, and the guest bathroom has a new bathtub installed as well. The A/C was replaced this past February with a new Goodman brand A/C unit. The roof was replaced 3 years ago and has a 20 year warranty. In 2012 the refrigerator and stove were both replaced, and all the windows received tinting installation to help keep it cool during summer and keep your energy bill cost low. In the month of August 2013 the insulation was replaced. All old insulation was removed and cleaned. The under portion of the home was also sprayed to prevent, mold, mildew and any fungi.
There is a security system installed (both doors, and all windows) with ADT, but came be converted to other security systems to your liking.
Because there is no window over seeing the vehicle's drive-way, there is a camera set up over looking the drive-way with a monitor located in the master bedroom. Washer and Dryer included.
There is a lot rent of $487.00 due on the 15th of every month to the PortSide office. Here it is listed as an HOA fee but that is just the lot rent, with the payments on the house itself we only have about $700 a month.
Neighborhood Description
The Portside neighborhood is wonderful in providing things to do inside the community. They host things like Bingo night and Pool Parties during the summer. There are two different areas that provide a pool, 4 different play grounds and a picnic area in the back of the development that has a pond view and a grilling area.

What I love about the home

This home has a very open floor plan with bedrooms off to the sides of the home making everything very easy accessible to any friends or guest that you may have in your home. Many of the updates that have happened in the home recently help keep the home looking nice and give it a welcoming feeling.
