My Notes

Edit
Beautifully remodeled victorian by T. Wiley Davis built in 1891. Situated in the absolute prime location on Church Hill and with the most beautiful exterior consisting of red brick, cut stone, white brick and architectural modelings with spire front. Really stands out as the prime row house in the area. Many original items remain inside, including hardwoods, front stairs rail, sliding doors between parlors, slate fireplaces, and many moldings and architectural details. 12 foot ceilings throughout entire home. Gourmet kitchen with quality appliances.
Neighborhood Description
Walking distance to downtown and lots of great clubs and restaurants. Close to everything in Richmond area, including airport. Vibrant, friendly place with lots of folks out walking their dogs, going to dinner or to the coffee shop across the street, jogging, etc. This is still up and coming with great investment potential, as well as charm.

What I love about the home

It is beautiful, historically important, unique, rare, charming, and within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, etc.
