Terrific location: Live in a meticulously maintained, well-to-do neighborhood in a middle class home on a corner private lot! Walk to Lake Park 2 blocks away, and to Whole Foods, public library, Downer Theater, Boswell Books and more.Selling beloved home of almost 23. What I love about the home

Sturdy, beloved, updated Victorian Federal style home w higher end amenities in great neighborhood convenient to parks, shopping, lake front and downtown. Loads of built in storage in both full bathrooms and modern kitchen. Thoughtful, quality upgrades, beautiful & functional, not ostentatious. Great house for family or couple with each their own office/study. Generous well thought out kitchen design with room for kitchen table and dogs. Mud room out to fenced in corner lot-- private back yard w patio and deck. Yard and deck get east, south and west exposure, so enjoy morning coffee on the deck and evening cocktails on the patio. Well sheltered, so calm secluded back yard even on breezy spring days: get sun but not the wind. Very private yard, due to corner & layout. Sunny rooms. Fantastic neighbors and block: mix of families and young retirees, many pet lovers, long term resident owners. Best block party on the planet, with talent show!
