Wow this home is different from anything you have seen. Currently tenant occupied in the front and the back of the house. There is a mini mother in law in the back or you can open the drywall and have a 3rd bedroom and full bath. The yard is huge and hasroom to build a huge garage on the back, or even a larger mother in law. There is a detached 2 car carport in the back too. Located in an area of very nice homes, with lakefront nearby. Great neighbors and great schools. Blankner Elementary through 8th grade Center and of course Boone High School (Go Braves). Close to busline and quick easy access to I-4, the 408 and the Orlando Airport. Could be a spectacular Florida Bungalow, but definitely needs paint some maintenance. Perfect for a 203k from FHA or makes a great rental. $1100 per month currently. Property currently has long term tenant in place.  More Less
