A safe, quiet,residential neighboorhood with ingress & egress from a single entry, freeway close, shopping close, elementary, middle and high schools close with transportation available, low traffic within our development, a lovely park within the neighborhood, a beautiful setting within 2 miles of Malibu Canyon, 20 minutes from Malibu and the Pacific Ocean. This neighborhood could best be described as upper middle class with neighbors ranging from business to executives to professionals.
