What I love about the home

Open floor plan, vaulted bedroom ceilings, 18' family room ceiling with brick fireplace going up the entire wall, multiple fan speed ceiling fans,casement windows with screens, large yard. Hardwood flooring on first floor foyer, kitchen and office with in-laid tile beneath kitchen table. Oversized kitchen island with Jenn Aire Gas cook top (5-burner) and down flow exhaust. Breakfast chairs around the island with plenty of counter space for eating. We love the school district as both of our children have attended elementary(Springbrook-4 blocks east of house) through high school in District 204. Neuqua Valley High School (2 miles west of house) is now a TWO TIME GRAMMY AWARD-winning school with many other awards and good athletics(my daughter was a spring board diver and went to State all 4 years of high school and our swim team went to State and has been a powerhouse) and excellent scholastics. Naperville is a great place to live and dine with a wonderful river walk area downtown, tremendous shopping, and big enough to find a better restaurant with the same food, yet less expensive. A trip to Chicago usually will take about an hour. We are mid-way between both airports: O'Hare is about 45 minutes away, while Midway takes about 40 minutes. There are 2 Metra commuter train stations equal distant from this home and a PACE bus will get you to the downtown station every morning and will bring you back every evening. I-355 is about a 12 minute drive, and I-55 is about a 10 minute drive. Movie theaters, grocery stores, post office, drug store, gas station all within 3 miles. Professional Fire/EMS Station 5 is less than 2 miles away, subdivision has fire hydrants (closest is just across the street).
