My Notes

Edit
There are many lovely, historic homes in Portland Heights. Few of them are sited so beautifully, surrounded by a spacious flat yard with views to the NW, looking toward Portland's Arboretum from the home's two covered porches. This charming Josef Jacobberger home, built in 1910, has been lovingly maintained and updated over the years. The architectural details throughout the home speak to the character of Mr. Jacobberger's talents. The interior spaces are open and light filled - wonderful spacious rooms with great flow. The kitchen looks out over the large deck and private back yard. On the 2nd floor are two darling bedrooms and their shared full bath and the master suite with master bath. The suite's bedroom and sitting room open out to the covered porch via French doors. On the third floor is a darling bath with its claw foot tub, another bedroom (currrently being used as an office) and the family room.  More Less

    Market guide

Zillow predicts Southwest Hills home values will increase 5.1% next year, compared to a 3.8% increase for Portland as a whole. Among Southwest Hills homes, this home is valued 60.6% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 21.4% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Southwest Hills, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 72% lower than in Portland, and 80.4% less than the national average. This lower local number could help Southwest Hills home values rise more quickly than other regions in Portland.
