Located in between Ball Park and River North this area is one of the hotter parts of Denver. There are numerous small batch breweries and distilleries, all within walking distance of the Bag Factory. Local bars and restaurants are abound in both Ball Park and River North making it easy to stroll out for a bite to eat or some night life. The Source just opened within minutes of the property and offers all Colorado sourced meat, dairy and produce through a farm to table concept. Light rail will come to the neighborhood in 2016 with a stop at 38th and Blake.

About the Bag Factory:
This building is a converted warehouse and was originally a manufacturer of burlap bags, hence the name Bag Factory Lofts. In 2003 the first phase began by converting the first floor to condos. The following phase of development completed the second and third floors for a total of 25 units in the building. Over the last several years the area has come alive with bars and restaurants as well as other residential developments.
