Stunning ocean views from this spacious 3 story home.Lower level of approx 1000 sf is not warranted and not included in listed SF. Extensive updating has been done over the last 7 years in this 3 Bedroom 3.5 bath home. The lower level has a large family room.There are beautiful hardwood floors in the common living areas, a 2 car garage, new heating system and a sauna. Middle level holds a large living room dining room, and a bathroom. Easy access to garage form this level. Upper level has 3 very large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a large laundry room with storage space and a sky light. The master bedroom has stunning views of the ocean and the neighborhood below. A large walk in closet is a huge plus for this spacious room. The bathroom has a double vanity and floor to ceiling windows. This house is approximately 2000sq.ft, but including the downstairs (unwarranted) family room it is a full 3000sq. ft. of living space, unlike other homes this downstairs is fully integrated into the house and includes a sauna a full bathroom and a huge deck. Come check it out, this house is like no other.
The garage has been fully updated and there is an extra room that was converted into an office.
