What I love about the home

This is a beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood. We purchased this home because of the charm and location. There are beautiful mature trees in the backyard which keeps the house cool during the summer. There is a large patio in the shade which is great for a family get together or just to relax on a beautiful day and admire the large yard. This neighborhood is incredibly quiet for being so close to Merle Hay Rd, you can't hear the traffic noise. All of the neighbors are respectful and take great pride in their homes. This is a great place to raise a family in a beautiful historic home with many updates. Your family will love it too!
