It is an impressive two bedroom 1 bath apartment that you can make into 3 bedroom with its soaring 11'2 feet ceiling beautiful crown moldings and prewar details throughout. It is situated at the Howard House a highly sought after coop that was built in 1913 and designed by the acclaimed architect James E.R. Carpenter. This apt. is great for entertaining, it has a nice flow from the 24'x8'7 foyer/ dining area through French doors to a huge living room 23'4x 14'5 that has a wood-burning fireplace amazing oversized windows, herringbone floors and wall of bookcases.
