What I love
Lush, quiet, relaxing setting close to Seattle metropolitan amenities. One of the prettiest neighborhoods in the whole Seattle metropolitan area. Interior of house is warm and inviting. Easy access to all major North Seattle thoroughfares. Exceptional schools/educational options close by.
Neighborhood Description
Forest Spring is the official name of our (184th Place) cul-de-sac. The spring starts in our backyard, babbling out of the rocks and gaining volume as it heads downstream and under a bridge toward McAleer Creek. There are a large variety of bird species (including Pileated Woodpeckers, Anna's Hummingbirds and Red-Breasted Nuthatches) traveling to and from as well as nesting in the Forest Spring greenbelt. The street side of the neighborhood is well manicured and kept by extremely friendly, well-educated and community-oriented neighbors. All Spring Forest/Lake Forest Park homes, including 2735 NE 184th Place, have access to the Lake Forest Park Civic Club on the north end of Lake Washington. Families from the cul-de-sac also get together routinely for neighborhood block parties, usually either in front of 2735 (in the cul-de-sac) or at the Snows, just off the cul-de-sac near the main flow of the stream.More Less

Zestimate is too low: Even given the current market conditions, 386K is too low. It should take in to account lots of new improvements made to the house. $374,950 is a steal! A similar home in our cul-de-sac with a lot less privacy just sold for $475K. posted on 04/04/2011
