Spacious home for sale in West Mobile's most popular neighborhood, Cumberland. Perfect area to raise children. There are only 76 homes in Cumberland with only one entrance into the neighborhood and all streets end in a cul-de-sac.
One owner home built in 1998. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths (one bedroom has its own bathroom and can be used as a guest room or mother-in-law suite), Large back yard with pool, including a Polaris (A half bath is located off the laundry room and has a door that connects to the outside area and the pool), over-sized laundry room with laundry sink, spacious kitchen, family room, dining room and study. This home features a split floor plan with the large master bedroom and mother-in-law suite on one side and two bedrooms and a bath on the other side of the house. Master bath contains two walk-in closets with built-in wooden shelving, deep jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Hardwood and tile floors throughout, with carpeting only in bedrooms. Wood burning fireplace with gas starter and gas burning lamps on the front of the house. Fresh paint in all rooms.
Two-car garage and large covered back porch overlooking the pool. Nice sized back yard. Lot is actually larger than what is fenced in but water (A part of the Dog River watershed) runs behind house and bisects the lot.
