My Notes

This mini ranch is located on HWY 29 close to the small town of Elmore City Oklahoma. It is 8.1 miles from I35 and Pauls Valley Oklahoma. It is only 40 minutes to downtown Oklahoma City and 2 hours from Dallas/Ft Worth TX.This 20 acre ranch is perimeter fenced and has 2 large ponds. The terrain is sloping hillsides with pecan and oak trees. The grass is a mix of Bermuda, fescue and prairie. In normal moisture years this property produced enough grass for 7 horses from March to November.There are 47 producing pecan trees and a few more young trees on this property. The ponds are large enough to water the trees if you choose to. The ponds are also full of fish, crappie, sunfish, and trophy bass. Many quiet evenings have been spent fishing here. All the catches have been returned to the ponds.<p.Deer drink here throughout the year. Hunting season has been very productive. The birds also like it here.
