Our home is located in the small city of Dunlap, Tn where we enjoy 4 beautiful mild seasons . The city is located in the lovely Sequatchie Valley surrounded by mountains on the east and west with a little quaint village atmosphere. Excellent school district, Emergency Care Center, churches, local shopping etc.Located within 30 miles of Chattanooga, TN via a major 4 lane hwy.We did some major remodeling on the home about 8 yrs ago installing: 1. roof 2. energy-effecient central heat and air unit 3.kitchen cabinets 4.appliances 5.windows throughout the entire house 6. 6-ft wood privacy fence surrounding the back yardThe Mother-In-Law apartment was built by re-modeling the old garage and includes kitchen/dinette/family room combo with private BR and bath with a large walk-in shower...featuring a glassed enclosed breezeway connecting it to the 3 BR home built on a foundation. The double carport is located on the side entrance via driveway. Entrance to breezeway via a handicapped ramp that matches the small deck .Another large covered double carport is located in rear with cement flooring ... great for entertaining.
