My Notes

Located about three miles from our seashore in Los Corrales community, known for large Spanish style homes is Hacienda La Ronda. About my home, as we enter you may notice you are stand upon a one of a kind custom travertine beveled edge stone flooring set in a French Versailles pattern that covers the first floor and two full bathrooms on our seconded level. As we continue past the entry too your right is a 560 sq. ft., step down living room feathering two large arched picture windows, one mastering over 19 ft. tail on apposing walls and separated with a grand arched wood or gas burning fireplace on third wall. Next and too your left stand double that open into about 144 sq./ft., offices space or main floor bedroom that includes storage space and view of fount yard entry. Continuing forward we pass main floor hallway and access main level full bath and stairway providing access too second level, however we are not viewing the dining room and access for light provided by two custom dubbed pained sliding French doors situated on North & Easter end of the home. What I love about the home

The fragrances of numerous Roses, Gardenias and Jasmine will welcome you or your guest as you make your way to our hand carved Spanish front door. The interior walls are painted a contemporary toasted gold, hand railing and door knobs are bronzed in keeping with Old Spanish look. The two fireplaces, one in Media room, the other greats you as you pass though the living room both provide an excellent welcoming contrasting detail to your new home.
