There is also a formal dining room, as well as a separate family room with a gas fireplace and tile hearth, ceiling fan with overhead lighting, media niche and built-in speakers. The master suite has a ceiling fan with overhead lighting. The master bathroom has carpet and linoleum floor, walk-in closet, tile double vanity, tile Roman tub, and a tile and glass shower. The second bedroom has a double-door closet, overhead lighting and an entertainment center. The other bedrooms have double-door closets and ceiling fans with overhead lighting. The hall bath has carpet and linoleum floor, tile double vanity and tile shower and tub. This home has programmable central heat and air conditioning.
