This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo could be a great move for you, it's move-in ready and has lots of special features and upgrades for you to enjoy. The many improvements include upgraded cabinets, granite counters, inlaid tile floors and stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. The attention to detail in the upgrades is wonderful, even small things like automatic lights in the pantry so it's easy to find things all the way to the back of the pantry. Both baths have been upgraded and are very spacious. One has an overhead shower head and tiled shower, and double sink counter while the other has a shower over the tub, and both have lots of storage. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, tasteful colors and access to their own deck. This condo has a floorplan with two separate master suites, great for privacy. The unit also has hardwood floors, recessed lighting and a wonderfully designed fireplace mantle. The dark wood and stainless steel-design of the mantle accents the color of the living space and open kitchen area, and is the highlight of this condo. Smart light switches are also installed throughout the unit. The unit also includes in-unit laundry and 1 car parking. The complex has a wonderful pool and gym so no need to leave home for this, you'll have access to all of this right here at your home.Although this location is surrounded by trees and feels miles away from the city, you are just a few minutes away from Rockridge, with all of the shops, cafe and restaurant options there. BART is just minutes away, too. The freeway access is just outside the complex so access to the whole Bay Area couldn't be easier.
