Two bedroom & Two bathroom. Shower in guest bathroom. Bath/shower in master. Huge master bedroom. North-facing windows with an open green view. Tile entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms. Kitchen remodel in Feb 08. Grey granite, new cabinets, new range, new fridge, new sink, new faucets, all in stainless/black lacquer. Fresh paint applied early April 2011. All appliances included: washer/dryer, fridge, and stove.

Neighborhood Description
Condo buildings close to Palos Verdes Schools. Just south of an abandoned naval housing site which is slotted to be torn down and redeveloped. Walking distance to supermarket. In'n'out Burger is less than 1/2 mile away!!! New condo development being built next door. Once construction stops, only noise is occasional sirens from Western Avenue.
 

What I love about the home

View, breeze, weather, underground gated parking, two spots - fits vehicles under 6 feet tall and two full-size motorcycles or another midsize car. UPS still gets in despite security to deliver on-time.
