Triplex for sale by owner in St Petersburg, FL 33702. WHAT ARE YOU EARNING ON YOUR 401-k OR IRA? Built in 1984, this Triplex is in excellent condition and currently under yearly leases. The annual rate of return currently is 6.25 % ! What is your retirement plan paying you?? And you can increase the rate of return at the next Lease Renewal to 7.6%! I'm going to raise the lease amounts-so could you!! Two units have 12 month leases expiring in March and April of 2014 with the owner residing in the upgraded third unit. Contact the owner for lease details. All units have 2 bedrooms with in-room baths upstairs and large living-room and eat-in kitchen on the first floor (1100 sq ft per unit).
