The Water department says the water turn on date was September 26, 1883. This beautiful example of a late century Victorian is in need of complete renovation. This two story home has four bedrooms and one bathroom up and a living room, parlor, dining room, kitchen and one bathroom on the main level. There is a lot of original molding still intact, wainscoting, ornate dentil work and seven rosettes in the ceiling of each bedroom, living room, parlor and dining room.
