Ship's Bridge is perched high atop a hillside in the Riverside Village of Tiverton, Rhode Island, and located on the Mt. Hope Bay and Sakonnet River with glorious ocean water views and sunsets to delight. Wake up from your master bedroom ensuite with a sitting room and walk-in closet with it's own French doors, to a private deck overlooking incredible water views and boating activities. A second bedroom and full bath are located a few steps down the hall and provides everyone with lots of privacy. Step up and into an open custom kitchen with a balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The kitchen includes a pantry and breakfast bar, and flows into a fire-placed living room; there is also a half bath and an open entry hall. The water views continue throughout the entire side of this house. This open floor plan features a bowed ceiling which replicates the feel of being on a ship. The lower level features a third bedroom with a patio, family room, half bath, laundry, solar radiant floors and storage. A short stroll along the waterfront brings you to the Boat House Restaurant and a public dock. Ship's Bridge is a short drive to several white sandy beaches including Fogland Beach and Horse Neck Beach, as well asto Tiverton Four Corners for Grey's ice cream, Milk and Honey for cheese and shopping, and scenic drives to Little Compton and Westport, MA.
