My Notes

This house is located on a private street with friendly neighbors. It has a lovely panoramic view of Castro Valley with almost no traffic noise, yet it is within walking distance to downtown. The best view are from the Master Bedroom with a picture-window wall. The Master Bedroom includes a large walk-in closet with a his and her side. The tiled bathroom has a heated floor and a jacuzzi bath to be pampered in. If you like to cook, the kitchen is a chef's dream: Granite counter tops and Stainless throughout; all new Bosch 5 burner gas cooktop, Samsung French door with snack drawer and external filtered water, Frigidaire Professional microwave and oven.The entire house is with oak solid wood hardwood floors, perfect for reducing allergens. The house is a multi-level with one bed/bath on the lower floor with a separate entrance from the garage. The next level is the kitchen, living, family and dining room, then upstairs are the Master Bed/Bath and 2 Bedrooms and shared Bath. Besides the 3 car garage and driveway parking, there is plenty of room for visitors to park 'off street.'Speaking of space: there is plenty of clean attic storage with a walk-up ladder. The kid's bedroom has it's own loft/fort for additional clean storage.The garden is landscaped and watered fully automatically. There is a mature mix of blooming plants which keep it colorful without high maintenance. Animals love to hang out around the property and next door in the empty lot.Castro Valley has excellent schools K-12 (i've had two kids go through the system here) and very good community support. House is fully wired for Ethernet Gibabit connections.Nice animals are OK. Not far to CV BART station, also close to 580/238 freeways. Located near beautiful Lake Chabot park, with endless trails and nature. Part of the Hayward Area Recreation Department (HARD) and the East Bay Parks system. The Neighborhood is a mix of old a new, individualistic, no HOA or CCRs, CV has ghosts of the chicken farms of the past, property is near very large public park and undeveloped nature, yet close to convenient shopping and amenities.The house will be cleaned and available for rental (unfurnished).owner pays for trash and gardener. Pets OK with special approval and deposit.
