My Notes

Edit
Listing Agent: VALERIE NEWSOME; 678-957-3849; valerie.newsome@harrynorman.com; Intown living at its best. An inviting, spacious, bright corner unit with exceptional views. The Unit has hardwoods throughout, granite counter-tops, stained cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Nice view from Kitchen to the breakfast and living area that leads to walk-out balcony. The Unit is in pristine condition. A roof top pool, with every amenity imaginable. Walking distance to some of the best sites in Atlanta. A Must See!

What I love about the home

We love the location, spectacular views and the floor plan is the most spacious we have seen in Atlanta - can't be beat! The rooftop pool is our favorite community amenity with the recreational plaza and gas grills running a close second for entertaining.

Market guide

Zillow predicts Downtown home values will increase 4.6% next year, compared to a 4.7% rise for Atlanta as a whole. Among Downtown homes, this home is 100.9% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 42.1% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Downtown, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 43% higher than in Atlanta, and 148.6% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Downtown home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Atlanta.
