Two-unit home with an additional in-law garden unit. Because the building is on the end of the block, it gets a tremendous amount of light and sunshine. The top unit has views of both the green USF lawn and the ocean, and the lower unit has beautiful views of the green, well manicured USF lawns.

What I love about the home

Lots of sunshine, amazing amount of space, side by side parking!!, lots of garage storage space, steps to a main bus line, beautiful details inside, very solid and well built, tall ceilings throughout, beautiful garden in-law apartment.
