The building grounds are extensively landscaped and well-cared for with a pond and fountain in the tranquil central courtyard. The building is located just far enough east of 15th Ave. West so that you don't hear the traffic sound, but close enough for easy reach. It's about a five to seven minute drive from the building to downtown Seattle, Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne, and Greenlake. It is a two block walk to the Interbay Urban Village, home to a Starbucks, QFC and several restaurants. The property offers 24/7 emergency maintenance from our professional, Ballard-based, maintenance staff. The building also features an on-call property manager to assist with issues or emergencies as necessary.
