Great home for enjoying an ocean view! Granite countertops, partially furnished. Nice couch and dining table, master bed. Walk to Del Mar Village in about 10 minutes and 3 minutes to the ocean...Or just stay home and enjoy your own ocean view patio. Condo is all on one level - location is very quiet and the complex has tennis courts, pool and work out room.
