This rarely available PENTHOUSE I Bd with Loft, 1 bath, 1 parking, and guest parking. The Loft is the second floor, which could be used as a second bedroom, office, etc... The loft is larger than the master bedroom and over looks living room. The unique layout allows many options. Extremly high vaulted ceilings remote control ceiling fan, and A/C in master bedroom. A must see!!!

What I love about the home

The unique layout will allow so many options! The vaulted ceiling and extra large Seconf floor Loft creates a feeling that the unit is twice the size. Second floor is just about half ths size of first floor and over looks livingroom! Just a great usage lf space.
