Beautiful home on a corner lot, fenced in yard, gorgeous wrap around front porch, attached garage leads directly into a spacious mudroom off of the kitchen. Newly renovated basement includes powder room, theatre style sound system, entertaining bar, incredible storage space and play area for the kids. Open the windows on those cool summer nights and enjoy the breeze from the whole house/attic fan.
Neighborhood Description
This award-winning planned community is filled with amazing parks, pools and open spaces with trails/pathways. Walk, ride, skate, run ... to the Town Center for coffee, wine, shopping, dinner, dessert. Enjoy the weekly events on the Green including live music, movies, yoga, Farmer's Market and more. What I love about the home

The attached garage that leads into the mudroom and directly into the kitchen was one of the main reasons we love this house. The gorgeous wrap around front porch that gives access to the backyard is wonderful for entertaining (outdoor wired speakers, privacy shades, gate) or just sitting and watching the world go by. A privacy gate on the stairs keeps little ones in and solicitors out.
