Neighborhood Description
You will love being tucked away in the relaxed residential neighborhood :) Take a stroll at the park with your favorite pooch, or hang out on your patio with a good book. There is always something to do in this community, but if you feel like hitting the town, excitement is never more than 15 minutes away! Sop by, and you will fall in love with your new home!

What I love about the home

Our comfortable community is right in the residential neighborhood, across the street from the huge city park, built by the owner of Sand Canyon Villas, which has become a beautiful part of our little niche. Take a drive through the tree-lined streets--you will not be able to get enough of the mountains, birds, and nature. We are not your average apartment community, so take the time to fall in love with Sand Canyon Villas & Townhomes--we have it all! :)
