My Notes

Edit
Old home with all modern comodities. Close to city and all the best hospitals. Recently restored, very big, with enough rooms for anything you can think of. Lots of charecter with original fire places, crown molding in all rooms, spacious granite kitchen, beatiful dining area, huge living rooms, spiral wooden staircase going up throughout the whole house. Original wood flooring throughout whole house. Also there is alot of intricate original wood workings. Everything in this home is solid wood,Except the kitchen all.We have some wall to wall carpet in bedrooms to preserve wood flooring. Some yard space, good enough for the city.
Neighborhood Description
Nice everybody is very friendly and know each other. Good neighborhood for children. Very safe with police station nearby. There are alot of parks nearby and down town brighton center. Market guide

Zillow predicts Brighton home values will rise 1.9% next year, compared to a 1.4% rise for Boston as a whole. Among Brighton homes, this home is valued 80.1% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 22.7% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Brighton, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 80.9% less than in Boston, and 91.4% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Brighton home values rise more quickly than other regions in Boston.
