20 Stonefield Dr. sold on 02/11/2011 for $472,250 or $302/sqft x 1563 sqft of the home. Zillow appears to estimate this house at $97/sqft less. $302/sqft x 1764 is $532728. Can anyone see the reason why the Zestimate is way off? Plz email.
