Kit has Granite Counter Tops, Glazed Cabinets and new Stainless Appliances. Bonus/Rec Rm has 10 ft. ceiling and bamboo floor. 2010 dimensional roof. Plumbing updated. Electric breakers. Hardwood Floors throughout. This is a great established residential neighborhood with lots of wide open spaces and beautiful trees.
Neighborhood Description
Great well-kept residential neighborhood for exercise (biking/walking). What I love about the home

Dining Room opens to a covered patio/open deck area where you can relax in the beautiful, shady, private and fenced, spacious back yard with mature trees. Great for entertaining! Replacement windows and storm windows make for low utility bills. Very quiet. Floored attic area and 10-12" newly blown insulation. The detached 10x16 structure in back yard makes a great office/studio with underground electricity (separate breaker box) and heat pump window unit. Additional storage building for lawn and garden equipment.
