This beautifully updated home on Lake Wausau comes with 60 feet of frontage and a spectacular view of Lake Wausau. This home has a large flat backyard with mature trees which makes you feel like you are up north. The main Wisconsin River channel is on the opposite side of the bay so you get very little boat traffic along the shoreline. Enjoy convenient access to shopping in Rib Mountain and the Granite Peak Ski Area, along with easy access to Hwy 51 and Hwy 29. This Cape Cod home has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor which was completely updated. The bathroom has all new fixtures, a full bath with tile surround and an exhaust fan/heater. The kitchen was taken down to the studs to be reinsulated and rewired. Hickory cabinets and countertops were installed along with a tile backsplash and under cabinet lighting. Entire main floor was refinished to the original birch hardwood flooring. The basement was recently finished with family room and a 2nd bathroom. The home had a new high efficiency furnace, water heater, and air conditioner installed all within the last three years, as well as a new 200 amp electrical panel with all new wiring and all new plumbing! Radon mitigation system was also recently added. The house offers a one car attached garage with a large storage shed.
