Investors, here is your perfect opportunity to pick up a 4 bedroom, 1 bath home that would be absolutely perfect as a Section 8 rental. Section 8 rates for this type of home are $1,100 per month or more, and you can expect to bring in at least $13,200 in annual rental income. After repairs, this property pays for itself in 3 years!!!! If you're looking for a property with a high cap rate, this is the one. Home was renovated in 2006 and has many of the updates still intact. This will need mostly TLC to include paint, carpet in bedrooms, and laminate flooring (suggested) in common areas and bath.
