My Notes

This property is not actively for sale. That said, it is an income producing property with average rents around or slightly below neighborhood market (> what the mortgage payment would be).
Many upgrades have been made to the premises since it was sold in 2010. Two of four units are fully updated/modernized. Other two are well maintained with upgrades as needed. Front and back yard fully revitalized, landscaped, with BBQ area and pergola installed as well as rain barrels, raised beds and other greed LIDs.
Already separately metered.
Estimated value of each unit if turned into condo is 215-265k each. Just some food for thought. That said, it's not actively for sale.
There are four units.

What I love about the home

Quiet neighborhood with tons of foot and bicycle traffic. High owner occupancy rates. Access to two metro stops within 10 minute walk and the entire new Brookland development. Direct access to the Union bike trail.
