Neighborhood Description
Well established trees, great area for walking/running, near Baird Creek Parkway, East Town Mall, I-43 Business Park, UWGB, YMCA, bus lines, I-43, it's very easy to get anywhere from here. It's a great family neighborhood.

What I love about the home

This is great location for families and active people. It is easy to get anywhere you need to from here by car, or have many options for walking the tree lined streets or through Baird Creek. People are friendly and quiet and there are lots of kids for friends. Martin/Edison/Preble School District. Great neighbors too.
